----Distribution of Steel
As a top distributor's of large-scale steel works both home and abroad, Wubo company forms a comprehensive distribution network with branches in Anshan, Beijing, Zhenjiang and Guangzhou, covering coastal areas in China where the steel structure industry is full-fledged, which facilitates the trans-regional distribution for customers in different areas.
----Import & Export
As early as from 1995, the company has been importing H-Beam from Japan, Korea and Russia to deal in distribution in domestic market. Since obtaining the right to independently import and export, the company is dedicated to developing the export business of finished products and steel structures. With years’ efforts, now the company has rich exporting experience and its sales has covered areas such as Korea, Japan, U.S.A., European countries, Middle East, South Eastern Asia and Africa, etc.
----Steel Re-processing and Steel Structures Processing
With an investment of over RMB10 million, the company has set up a steel structure material processing center in Tiemin Shanghai where it is a hub of railway, highway and waterway transportation and where the subway line 1 and line 5 can reach. The processing center is a standard indoor workshop, covered an area of around 4000M2 with two processing lines, focusing on processing works such as drilling, cutting and welding etc. Its monthly production capacity is around 3000 tones. Besides, the center also works as one of the storages and distribution bases.
About our steel structure products, our fabricators have a yearly producing capacity of more than 150 thousand tons in steel structures. It is equipped with world advanced machines of cutting, welding, drilling etc imported from countries as Japan, Italy and Germany etc. No matter in product quality and producing capacity, they could compare with world advanced steel mills and fabricators. With rich experience in field of steel structure, we have successfully process for a great deal of big and famous projects abroad and export our products to countries such as Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, European Countries etc.
----Technical Support and machines
We have a professional engineering team and QC team with rich experience in steel structure design, drawing conversion and fabricating work etc to ensure communication are smooth and products are of stable and good quality. Besides the strong technical ability, our factories are also equipped with world-advanced machines to ensure the processing is efficient and products are high quality.
----Logistics
*Storage: Wubo Company sets up several storage centers all over China, which includes Dachang warehouse, Tiemin warehouse and Xiaoer warehouse in Shanghai, Mucai warehouse in Anshan, Macai warehouse in Maanshan, Qinghe warehouse in Beijing and Zhenjiang warehouse in Zhenjian, etc. The warehouse storage capacity keeps around 15000-20000 tones and provides service 24 hours per day and 365 days per year.
*Transportation: As Wubo’s central marketing system, the integrated logistical service plays such important roles as resources distribution, goods transportation and distribution, product processing, distribution planning, and stock monitoring. Wubo warehouse in Shanghai has 5 exclusive railway lines and a special wharf of 3000 tone grade; the company has substantial logistical business and extensive management experience, and is able to integrate various logistical solutions such as direct delivery from plants, water-truck transshipment, and train-and-trucks coordinated transport.
*Information System and Technical Support: The scientific and rigorous Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) management system and the efficient and smooth Office Automation (OA) command and control system constitute an all-round electronic management platform, rendering strong support for the rapid development of the corporate business. Meanwhile the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system has been introduced and the integration of ERP and CRM realized, thus reducing the processing and logistical costs and raising the efficiency accordingly, so that good customer satisfaction follows
